YOUR HAPPY PLACE DOESN’T EXIST

Your happy place doesn’t exist babe. Stop it.

Okay, so everyone has a ‘happy place’ which isn’t always a physical place it can be a memory in time , an object that takes them to a mental place of serenity. See the happiness is unlocked when one chooses to associate that as a happy or joyful time. That’s why physical places don’t need to be your happy place.

A dark room where you choose joy now becomes your happy place.
